How do I edit an existing reservation?
Contact Debbie using our contact page form or by calling 1-855-RRT-DOGS xt. 3 (1-855-778-3647) state your rescue organization’s name, the reservation number, the dogs name that the reservation is currently made in and any edits needed. The office will make the requested revisions, email you and send you an updated reservation.
How do I cancel a reservation or move it to a future trip?
Contact Debbie using our contact page form or by calling 1-855-RRT-DOGS xt. 3 (1-855-778-3647) state your rescue organization’s name, the reservation number, the dogs name the reservation is made in and a statement requesting the reservation to be canceled or state what transport date the reservation needs moved to. The office will make the needed changes, email you and send you an updated reservation if the transport date was revised. All canceled reservations will receive a full refund.
How do I let someone else pay for my reservation?
Our reservation system is prepay, this means all reservation have to be paid in order to be submitted. How you pay for the reservation at that time is completely up to you. You can give the needed information to the other person who is paying and allow them to submit said reservation or you can get the payment details from the person paying and submit the reservation yourself.

How do I find the exact location of the drop off or pick up point?

Can I send a puppy unaltered with a spay/neuter contract for the adopter to complete when they are old enough?

How can I follow the progress of the transport my dog is on?
Does a Health Certificate expire?
Yes, Health Certificates do expire. A state issued HC is valid for 10 days. An United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) HC is valid for 30 days. The HC must be valid on the day transport drops the dog off.
